Island 60 - Gorumna/Garmna - County Galway, Ireland

Gorumna (Garmna) is linked by road bridges to the neighbouring islands of Lettermore and Lettermullen.  In 2011 it had a population of 1055.   The ruins of a small early Christian monastery are located on the island.  There are also several holy wells, including St Anna's Holy Well, which is located on the shores of Loch Tan.
