Island 59 - Lettermore/Leitir Moir, County Galway, Ireland

Lettermore (Leitir Moir) means 'rough hills' in Irish.  It is linked to Annaghvaan and Gorumna Islands by bridges.  The island is part of the Irish speaking Gaeltacht area.  In 2011 it had a population of 548.
