Eilean Mor is a small, uninhabited tidal island, which can be accessed at low tide from the lovely sandy beach at Lochbuie in the south west of Mull. It is uninhabited and the ground covering is mainly grass, with a rhododendron and a few gorse bushes. It is grazed by sheep, which were present during my second visit in June 2021. Eilean Mor is round in shape and approximately 300 metres in diameter.
